- Federal Tax ID
- Business letterhead with your company name, address and telephone number
Once we receive this we will give you a coupon code that you can use online for all your future order.
Placing an Order
Ordering online at finelinens.com is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Please browse through our selection of luxury linens, towels and tablecloths. Once you select an item, add it to your shopping cart. You will be able to view your order at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item please click the remove button from the cart and your order will be automatically updated. Canceling your order
After you have received your order number, you will not be able to make changes online. To change or cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact customer service at sales@finelinens.com or via phone at 212-737-2123 or 877-454-6366. Please be advised that orders are processed quickly; once in the shipping phase your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Sales Tax
All items shipped within New York State will be charged and additional 8.875%.
Finelinens.com Return Policy
Finelinens.com wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online. If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 15 days from when you received it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling or other charges). Items returned between 15-30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. No items will be accepted for returns after 30 days.
For all Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be returned in new shelf ready condition - in its original packaging - and all paperwork and accessories included in the return to ensure full credit. Items that have been used or laundered will not be accepted. NO ANIMAL HAIR ACCEPTED ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE. Please call or email before returning an item and see below instructions.
If we receive returns that do not comply with our above policy, they will be sent back with no credit issued. This decision is based on our company and the manufacturer's judgment. You will also incur a shipping charge to return the merchandise. Items on sale are considered clearance items, and are non-refundable (excludes Peacock Alley's non clearance items).
You can expect to receive your merchandise refund within 15 days of when Finelinens.com receives your return. You will be refunded all costs (including shipping) if the return is a result of a manufacturer error.
Return Instructions
If you would like to make a return, please email us at sales@finelinens.com or call 212-737-2123 or 877-454-6366 (toll-free) for a Return Authorization Number.
Please include the Return Authorization Number in the box with the merchandise. Please include your name and order number in the package.
Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier (e.g. UPS or FEDEX). If you ship via United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signature. We also recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase price. Finelinens.com will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged without insurance.

Fine Linens will not be responsible for items you return directly to the manufacturer, which will result in a 20% restocking fee.
For all items being exchanged, you are required to pay a flat rate for re-shipping orders. Shipping rates below:
$500.00 or less - $12.00 flat rate
$500.00 or more - $20.00 flat rate
Additional Manufacturer Return Policies:
SDH Linens (excludes Legna), Dea Linens, Ann Gish and Anichini
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if items are sent back in their original packaging and unopened. Please note the manufacturer of these items does not accept opened packages for restocking. Consequently, all SDH items are considered "custom" items and are therefore non-returnable unless the merchandise is defective (or the package is unopened). A 10% restocking fee will be applied to items that comply with the above policy.
No returns or exchanges accepted for custom items such as Monogrammed items, Clearance items, Bonjour Linens, St. Geneve, John Atkinson, Henry & Henrietta, Abyss & Habidecor and fabric (If orders are canceled before monogramming begins there will be a charge to stop production).

Payment
Finelinens.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In stock merchandise usually ships in 1-3 business days and usually arrives to your door in 5-7 business days of order placement. Items ordered together may not ship together. Items not in stock, will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer however we will part ship all items unless specified otherwise by the customer. Once you place an order by credit card, your card will be charged within 7 days. This will happen even if the merchandise is a special or custom order and has not yet shipped. The reason is that charge card companies only authorize a card for 7 days and require that I make the charge to your card within that period. International orders are charged in full. Please contact us if you have questions on our payment policy.

We will treat your credit card number and personal data with the same high standards of confidentiality that we give our in-store customers. Our dedicated server ensures that the credit card and personal identification information you enter is encrypted in transmission using the latest industry-standard E-commerce technology. We are using a 128 bit encryption when you are placing your order through http://www.thawte.com and http://www.paypal.com. We will never sell or exchange information about our online or in-store customers to another business.
