Placing an Order

Ordering online at finelinens.con is easy as 1, 2, 3.  Please browse through our selection of luxury linens, towels and tablecloths.  Once you select an item, add it to your shopping cart.  You will be able to view your order at the top of the page.  If you decide to remove an item please click the remove button from the cart and your order will be automatically updated.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at sales@finenlinens.con or via phone at212-737-2123.

Canceling your order

After you have received your order number, you will not be able to make changes online.  To change or cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact customer service at sales@finelinens.com or via phone at 212-737-2123.  Please be advised that orders are processed quickly; once in the shipping phase your order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sales Tax

All items shipped within New York State will be charged and additional 8.375%.

Returns

We would like you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us.  For some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us less a 10% restocking fee.

Sferra Brothers can be returned with no restocking fee within 15 days of receiving your items. You may return it after the initial 15 days or purchase however you will incur a 10% restocking fee

Ann Gish can be returned for a 25% restocking fee on all unopened merchandise.

There are no returns on custom items such as Monogramming,
Bonjour Linens and John Atkinson.

If you are exchanging an item the restocking fee MAY* be waived; however you will be required to pay a flat fee for re-shipping.  On order costing:

0.00-500.00- $12.00 flat shipping rate

500.00+- $25.00 flat shipping rate

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition with their labels still attached.  Laundered items will not be accepted. If we receive returns that do not comply, they will be returned to you and no credits will be issued.  You will also incur a shipping charge for us to return the merchandise to you.

Credit

You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned products. You will be refunded the shipping costs if the return is a result of a manufacturer error.

Return Instructions

If you would like to make a return, please email us at sales@finelinens.com or call us at 212-737-2123 for a Return Authorization Number.  Please put that RMA in the box with the returning merchandise.  Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or FEDEX. If you ship via United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signature. We recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase price. Items lost or damaged without insurance will be the responsibility of the customer

Payment

Finelinens.com accepts the following credit cards:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  In stock merchandise usually ships in 1-2 business days and usually arrives to your door in 5-7 business days of order placement.  Items ordered together may not ship together.  Items not in stock, will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer however we will part ship all items unless specified otherwise by the customer. Once you place an order by credit card, your card will be charged within 7 days. This will happen even if the merchandise is a special or custom order and has not yet shipped. The reason is that charge card companies only authorize a card for 7 days and require that I make the charge to your card within that period.  Please contact us if you have questions on our payment policy.
