Free Shipping on All Orders
Our policy is simple: We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska and Hawaii—for *free. No minimums. No kidding. (*International orders stores aren't eligible for free shipping)
We currently offer four shipping options within the contiguous United States. You may choose from free Ground Shipping, Overnight, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air shipping. Any expedited shipping service will incur additional charges determined by the total dollar amount of the order.
Most orders are processed within one business day and are shipped within 1-3 days. Expedited orders will ship out same day as long as the order is placed by 2PM Eastern Standard time. Any backordered items will be sent separately when available.
Note: Orders that include items from different manufacturers will be sent in separate shipments.
Shipment of over sized and heavy items - certain large comforters, pillows and featherbeds may incur additional fees for expedited shipping. Items such as rugs and furniture ship by a 3rd party carrier and cannot be expedited.
Fine Linens has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Fine Linens. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
