Care
Dishwasher (avoid high heat), Freezer, Microwave and Oven Safe. Our stoneware is oven safe up to 500 degrees. We recommend hand washing our collections including real gold and platinum, such as Firenze Medici; please note they are not microwave safe. Avoid cleaners that may contain citrus. For pieces that contain a non-ceramic component, such as the Soap Pumps or Tiered Server, we recommend handwash only. Metal markings on ceramics—While not common, metal trail markings do periodically occur on the stoneware surface over time dependent on your flatware. This is not due to a manufacturing defect in our ceramics. These marks are not scratches, but steel residue on top of the glaze left by stainless steel flatware. Using a combination of citrus cleansers and high heat in your dishwasher can lead to more prominent metal markings.
