An Addison Ross exclusive design, our lacquered bobbin shaped mill comes with both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob so you can decide for yourself whether you want this to be a Salt Grinder or a Pepper Grinder.
Crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and finished with eight coats of high gloss lacquer, each layer is hand polished for a flawless sheen. Independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion, only use when filled with either black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size.
