Return & Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us

Fine Linens wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it. Please see below for details and instructions and restrictions on making returns.

RETURNS

If your return is a result of manufacturer error, you will be refunded all costs (including shipping & handling). If your return is NOT a result of a manufacturer error then your return will apply to the below restrictions.

30 Days of Receipt
You get a full refund, excluding shipping costs (To the Trade Program members will be charged for the free shipping option if orders are returned to us as well as the return Shipping Back). Matouk and Sferra Brands have free returns.
No returns accepted after 30 days. (In certain circumstances we take an item back after 30 days it will be for a store credit only minus any shipping or restocking fee charges). You have 7 days from delivery to report a stolen/lost package, otherwise no replacement or credit will be given. If an item is replaced cause of a lost or stolen package and returned the return will be issued as a store credit only.

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days of when Fine Linens receives your return.


Exchanges

We are more than happy to exchange your order for you. Please fill out the return/exchange form and let us know what you would like to exchange your product for. We will ship out it as soon as your return is received


Restrictions

Merchandise must comply with the following:

  • Is unused and unlaundered
  • Is free of animal hair
  • Is In original packaging & shelf-ready condition the same way you received it
  • Furniture and Lighting must be inspected for any Damages or Blemishes within 7 days of receiving Products

The following items are not returnable:

  • Custom Made-to-Order items, Fabric by the Yard, Monogrammed items, and clearance items are not accepted for returns
  • Pillows and Comforters (Down or alternative Down) are not allowed to be taken out of the packaging and dressed on your bed or in your personal merchandise. Scandia Home products that come wrapped in a clear plastic are not allowed to be ripped or taken out of the plastic.
  • Certain brands are ineligible for return; please see details for specific manufacturer return policies.

    Arteriors, Bella Notte, Celso de Lemos, Christian Fischbacher, De Medici, DEA, Eastern Accents, Home Treasures, Kevin O’Brien, Legacy Home, Mike & Ally, Missoni Home, Peter Reed, Royal Pedic, Ryan Studio, Schlossberg, St Geneve and William Yeoward: No returns or exchanges accepted.
