Shipping Options

Our policy is simple: We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska and Hawaii—for *free on $100+ orders.

We currently offer four shipping options within the contiguous United States. You may choose from free Ground Shipping on qualified orders, Overnight, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air shipping. Any expedited shipping service will incur additional charges determined by the total dollar amount of the order.

Most Ground orders will ship out in 4-7 business days.  Expedited orders will ship out same day as long as the order is placed by 12PM Eastern Standard time. The Shipping time frame is counted by actual business days. Saturdays and Sundays via UPS or Fed Ex are not considered business days. Any backordered items will be sent separately when available.

Note: Orders that include items from different manufacturers will be sent in separate shipments.

Shipment of over sized and heavy items - certain large comforters, Bulk Towels, pillows and featherbeds may incur additional fees for expedited shipping. Items such as rugs and furniture ship by a 3rd party carrier and cannot be expedited and may incur an extra cost when shipping to HI or AK.

International Shipments

Please note on all international shipments there will be duties/customs charges being charged direct from the shipping company to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Shipping to a PO Box

We're sorry, but you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. For more information please contact www.ups.com or www.fedex.com.

Track Packages

If you would like a tracking number for your order please email us at orders@finelinens.com and we will provide you with your tracking number.
